Letter to a judge. In Judaeo-Arabic. The sender reports that he has sent a copy of a power of attorney (nuskhat al-wakāla) involving al-Shaykh al-Ajall al-Nafīs [with?] Abū Isḥāq and instructed him to give it to the addressee. The addressee is now asked to show it to the judge Rabbi Yeḥiel (likely Yeḥiel b. Elyaqim, active 1213–33 CE) and look into it and help extricate the sender from some legal dispute.
