Draft of a letter addressed to Moshe Yoʾav. In Judaeo-Arabic. Dating: 18th or 19th century. The letter was abandoned halfway through the tenth line. The sender is responding to a rebuke in business matters, and he takes a hostile tone himself. He refers to "money of kefirut," which could either mean heresy or simply ingratitude.
Letter in Judaeo-Arabic. This is the last leaf of a longer letter, as it is headed "tamām al-kitāb." Mentions the lawsuit between Efrayim and Ibn Abū Ṭārī. Also mentions shofarot. The sender belligerently demands a response, threatening, "I am capable of cutting off correspondence with you." (Information in part from CUDL)
Letter in Arabic script. On parchment. Rudimentary hand, crooked lines, and some unusual spellings (e.g. والله الذي لا اللاه الا هو). Likely addressed to Abū l-Fakhr (recto, l. 2). This is a rude letter full of blame and accusations and self-justifications, with words like وقاحة and شتيمة recurring throughout. At the bottom of verso the sender blames the entire disaster (al-muṣība) on Abū l-Maʿālī. Needs further examination.
