Fatimid state document, perhaps a petition (...min iḥsānik...). On verso, Hebrew literary text.
Verso: Note addressed to al-Shaykh al-Makīn. In Arabic script. Mentions the director of a government bureau (mutawallī dīwān al-[...]) and "the conditions in the city/country" (aḥwāl al-balad). Needs examination.
Recto: Petition in Arabic script. Draft. Dating: Probably Mamluk-era. The sender asks to be excused from having to go up to the dike. Reused for Judaeo-Arabic poetry in the hand of Nāṣir al-Adīb al-ʿIbrī (d. after 1298).
Recto: Accounts in Arabic script. Perhaps a state/fiscal document, since it's written in a chancery hand with wide space between the lines. There are date on the right and sums of dinars on the left.

Official receipt of some sort for Abū l-Riḍā b. Yūsuf. Needs examination.
Tax receipt? For Abū l-Ḥasan b. Saʿīd the Jew. May mention the neighborhood al-Mamṣūṣa. The scribe is ʿAbd al-Raḥmān b. ʿAbdallāh. The date is given but is difficult to read.
Bifolio with fiscal accounts. One page begins: "waṣala ilā [bayt al-māl?] al-maʿmūr min jihat Muḥammad b. ʿAmmār al-wakīl fī [...]," then the date: 413 or 423 AH. Needs much more examination.
Recto: Likely a fiscal accounting document (based on handwriting and format) for the date of Sunday, 16 Muḥarram 492 AH, which is 13 December 1098 CE. Underneath, might list agricultural produce (e.g., irdabbayn shaʿīr = 2 irdabbs of barley). Needs examination. Verso: A note in a different hand about a mill (ṭāḥūn). So maybe recto also relates to a mill—taxes or other revenue from its operation?
Looks like a capitation tax receipt. The payment is 1 dinar. Needs examination.

Official correspondence. Recto: Brief letter. Mentions Aḥmad b. ʿAlī al-[...]; "seeking my master Abū l-Faḍl"; "in this there is courage and vigor"; and a request of the addressee. Verso: Possibly the address. Written in much larger letters. Mentions [...] al-Dawla Jaʿfar b. Ṣafiyy al-Dawla.
End of an official document (letter? petition?). Likely a date in the penultimate line: 4[..] AH.
Receipt (for tax payment?) for a banker (al-ṣayrafī). Dated: 2 Rabīʿ I 507 AH, which is June 1113 CE (if read correctly). Needs further examination.
