Tiny fragment of a Judaeo-Arabic letter.

Account in Judaeo-Arabic. Many of the people named have Muslim-sounding names (ʿAbd al-Ghanīy, Muḥammad, etc.). The writer also names "Ibn Nissim my brother-in-law."

Fragment from a court testimony (a power of attorney) delivered in 1095/6. The date appears in a similar small fragment in the same hand and apparently part of the same page preserved in B3475. The verso is blank.

One side: small fragment of a Judaeo-Arabic letter. Other side: Arabic text. Needs further examination. The name Abū l-Barakāt appears, and perhaps the phrase "ḥaqq al-bayʿ" and perhaps the names of different streets.

Fragment of a Judaeo-Arabic letter mentioning Gaza and appealing for money for the redemption of captives, citing various biblical and rabbinic dicta, and how virtuous deeds rescue you from the Day of Judgment and hellfire (nar jahannam). Interestingly, "The bearer of this letter will be the translator (?! turjumān) for you of these letters."

Recto: Accounts in Arabic. Verso: Probably a bookseller's account, who is selling off the Hebrew books that belonged to R. Yosef ZL, including Halakhot Pesuqot by Yehuday Gaon, two compendia of responsa, and a 'perush.' The customers named are al-Rayyis Abū l-Bahā, Abū l-Manṣūr al-ʿAṭṭār, and Abū l-ʿIzz.
