Appearing before the court are Abū l-Ḥasan (titled הנדיב והשוע תפארת העדה), someone's brother Abū Saʿd Ḥalfon b. Berakhot, Ṣedaqa b. Shelomo, ʿUmar(?), and Tamīm. There may be testimony about the trustworthiness of Tamīm. Refers to a prior guarantee and prior documents. The fragment is damaged so the complete story is unclear. AA. ASE.

The debtor claimed that he already paid it and asked for a bill of release. Written by Halfon b. Menashshe Halevi under the authority of Masliah Gaon at the year [1]440 era of document= 1129.
