It seems that somebody submitted an account of liabilities (ḥujaj), apparently to be paid to the supervisor of inheritances (nāẓir al-mawārīth) in New Cairo, in Arabic script and Greek/Coptic numerals to Avraham Maimonides. Avraham then wrote "the total: 27" and instructed Abū l-Majd to pay it from the rent of the compound. Cf. T-S K25.240.41.
