A person declares that if they oppress someone else (אן כנת טלמתך), may God punish them, and if they treat that person well, may God recompense them well (יכאפיה עני באלחסני פיה). The text underneath looks like the remnants of signatures. Verso: Letter or note in the same hand, in a mixture of Hebrew and Judaeo-Arabic. The sender swears by God (including by the name Ehyeh Asher [Ehyeh]). The content is not clear. He says that the response should be sent to Haifa without delay. (Information in part from CUDL.)
